HOW is WI-DHA part of the ADHA Institute for Oral Health (IOH)?:

WI-DHA is a proud constituent of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association (ADHA).  WI-DHA is the largest organization state-wide representing dental hygienists throughout Wisconsin.  Collectively the ADHA represents all the state organizations at a national level.  As a nationwide organization the ADHA coordinates the Institute for Oral Health (IOH) which brings together the power of dental hygiene professionals throughout the county to Empower, Support, and Develop programs to benefit the profession and ultimately public health.

WHAT is the ADHA Institute for Oral Health (IOH)?:

The ADHA Institute for Oral Health (IOH) provides thousands of dollars each year, to advance the profession of Dental Hygiene through scholarship, research and service. These monies have been awarded to dental hygiene students for educational needs (Scholarships), to those expanding the field of dental hygiene (Research Grants) and to dental hygienists’ to provide oral health care and education to those in their communities (Community Service Grants).
